This Legal Notice regulates access, navigation and use of the website https://www.iis-princesa.org/ hereinafter "the Website", owned by the Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica at Hospital Universitario de La Princesa in Madrid (hereinafter "THE FOUNDATION"), with registered address at Calle Diego de León, 62, CP 28006 Madrid, Spain, with tax code G-83727081, established on 8 August 2003 and registered in the Register of Foundations of the Comunidad de Madrid, Hoja Personal 371, Volume LXIX, Pages 301-330, 1st entry.

THE FOUNDATION has adopted the measures required to ensure the correct operation of the Website. THE FOUNDATION shall not be liable for the unavailability of the Website at any given time, whether due to technical causes, system maintenance tasks, interference, interruptions by internet service providers or any other cause or failures that occur in the access, operation and operability of the Website, nor for interruptions, suspensions or malfunctions of the Website due to causes beyond the control of THE FOUNDATION. 

THE FOUNDATION is not liable for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the Website's operation, to any disappointment the User may attribute to the Website, to the fallibility of the Website or, in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the various pages of the Website or those pages through which the service is provided.
